Support the Pro Bono Work of the Education Law Consortium and the Education Law & Policy Review

Invitation to Support the Pro Bono Work of the
Education Law Consortium (ELC) Including Publication of the Education Law & Policy Review

The Philosophy and Mission of the ELC

Education will always remain the key to the American Dream of social and economic progress.  For over two centuries enlightened Americans have understood that quality education is essential to the nation’s freedom, security, prosperity, and quality of life.  Further, they have recognized that it is an essential duty of each generation to provide an education for succeeding generations that will prepare them for the challenges of life, for active citizenship and self-governance in a free and just democracy, and for protecting and advancing the American Dream for all persons.
The Education Law Consortium (ELC) is a non-profit, non-partisan, university-based group of leading scholars, policy analysts, and practitioners, dedicated to the advancement of education, and the promotion of the common good, through law and policy improvement.  The ELC seeks to play a vital role in promoting education law and policy improvement thru non-partisan research and model policy development, and the free dissemination of information to all persons, including thru the Education Law & Policy Review (ELPR), which is provided free by the ELC and its partners to all readers.
We hope that you will consider supporting future educational improvement by supporting the pro bono work of the ELC.  Helping support the work of the ELC is fast and easy thru the University of Georgia’s 501(c)(3) qualified Georgia Education Law Consortium Fund account, and contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.  Contributions in any amount are most welcomed.  Just cut and paste or copy the link below into your Internet browser:
